Terms and Conditions


JNG Holding 2012 ApS provides access to www.sparkz-copenhagen.com (hereinafter the "Website") and sell our products to you, subject to the conditions stated on this page. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start using the website. By using, and shopping on, the web shop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions, "Terms and Conditions", apply when you order or purchase items from the website.

The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and we therefore ask you to approve the terms every time you shop with us. Any reference to "you", "your" or "yours" means you as a user of the website. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means JNG Holding 2012 ApS. 

If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you cannot order or purchase items on the website.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without justification within 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you (other than the carrier) receive the items in physical possession. Read more under Right of cancellation.

The regulations on non-conforming goods in the Sale of Goods Act apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees regarding the conformity of the goods. Read more under Non-conforming and defective goods.

If there are elements of the terms and conditions you do not understand, we recommend that you contact our customer service before you start shopping on www.sparkz-copenhagen.com.


Agreements can only be made through www.sparkz-copenhagen.com. We do not process orders made via e-mail, letter, fax or phone. 

The web shop is open around the clock, but may be temporarily closed due to maintenance. Wherever possible, however, we try to perform such maintenance at night.

Orders placed before noon, 12:00, on weekdays, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed during a public or bank holiday will be processed the following business day.

To shop via www.sparkz-copenhagen.com you must be 18 or older and have a valid credit card, which is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into an agreement with us.

Please note that we only accept orders from consumers and, as such, you are not entitled to place orders for or on behalf of a company.

Currently, we ship only to countries listed under "Delivery". All orders for Denmark are shipped via GLS, where all parcels are sent without distribution to the nearest post office or pick-up location.

All orders for outside Denmark are delivered by GLS to the nearest GLS ParcelShop, based on the specified delivery address. 

We have the opportunity to refuse orders or to cancel purchase made in one of the following situations, without being held liable for damages or other costs:

  • Your payment information is not correct, cannot be verified or you were not accepted in our credit rating
  • Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
  • An unexpected error arises on www.sparkz-copenhagen.com – e.g. a payment error or the like
  • We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old
  • We could not deliver to the address you have provided

At what point in the ordering process is your order binding?

Before submitting the order, you have the option to change the information you entered (including delivery, invoice and/or payment information). You also have the ability to change products or remove items from your shopping cart. When you click "Complete payment", a receipt is displayed on your screen and you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. From that point, you are bound by the agreement to purchase.

If you made a mistake when placing the order, feel free to contact our customer service staff, who are ready to help you. Please remember to check your order carefully before you approve it.


We accept the following payment methods:

Note that we do not accept other payment methods than those mentioned above. If you try to use other payment methods, we cannot be held liable for the loss of your payment or other damage arising as a result of your action. 

Credit Card Verification number - CVC

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's verification number. You will find the three-digit verification number on the back of your credit card – usually on the right side of the credit card’s back. CVC is required for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other, similar safeguards.

Payment procedure

If you place an order with a credit card, the payment will be withdrawn from your bank account when payment has been verified and your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.


All listed prices of goods, delivery costs and other expenses include taxes, VAT and fees. Costs relating to the delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added for each order. We always state the total price inclusive of taxes, VAT and other costs such as fees and possible delivery costs before you place your order.

On the shopping cart and payment page, the delivery will appear as a separate item and as part of your total payment amount.  

The prices displayed on the website are the prices in force at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change, but change does not affect orders which we have already accepted. We do our utmost to avoid presenting wrongful information, but it should be noted that pricing errors, typos and other errors and omissions may occur. We check the prices on confirmation of the order. If the correct price is lower than the price indicated, you are charged the lowest price.


All prices on the website are stated in the currency of your country. You choose the country at the top of the website.

Note that when you select another country, it may prompt other prices and shipping costs.

You can pay using the currencies listed below:

We currently ship to the following countries:

Shipping terms

If you live in Denmark, your parcel will be delivered by GLS by default. The parcel is sent without distribution to the nearest post office or pick-up location, based on the specified delivery address.

Parcels are delivered within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday, and can be collected from Monday to Saturday. You will receive an SMS and an e-mail when your parcel is ready for pickup.

The parcel will be available for pickup for 14 days before being returned to us.

If you live outside Denmark, your parcel will be delivered by GLS. The parcels are delivered Monday through Friday to the nearest GLS ParcelShop, based on the specified delivery address. Delivery time for parcels outside Denmark is 3-5 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for the parcel, as soon as delivery has been made. Should the packaging appear to be damaged, you should refuse to accept the parcel. If you wish to complain about any errors or omissions, please inform us about it.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, unless another option is offered.

Be aware that you may always contact our customer service to receive your parcel number.

Separate deliveries

Should your order be made up by several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate supplies may be needed if certain items are delayed or not available at time of booking. Should your order be shipped as separate deliveries, you will be notified. You will not be charged for extra shipping costs when separate deliveries are made.


As a private customer, you have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you (other than the carrier) receive the items in physical possession.

In case of orders being sent as separate deliveries, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you (other than the carrier) receive the items in physical possession.

Should you want to make use of your right of cancellation, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days after receipt. Notification must be given as an unambiguous written statement to support@sparkz.dk. You may also choose to use our cancellation form and send it along with the return. You will find the cancellation form enclosed in your shipment.

You cannot utilise your right of cancellation by simply refusing to accept the item without, at the same time, clearly notifying us of this.

Christmas orders, placed between November 23 and December 24 each year, can be returned up until January 15 the following year. Should you want to return a Christmas order, please follow the applicable rules for exchange and return and contact us regarding the return no later than January 15.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The product must be sent to our address, indicated on the attached cancellation form. We do not accept parcels sent to parcel boxes, post offices or other forms of parcel shops.

When returning, you are responsible for the item being securely packed. You bear are responsible for the items from the time of delivery of the items to you.

The cost of return in Denmark is expected to amount to no more than approx. 50 DKK.

The item’s condition when you return it

You are liable for any reduction in product value due to other handling of the item than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of it. In other words – you may try out the item in the same way as if you tried it on in a physical store.

If the product has been tried out beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that after returning it, you will only get part, or none, of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

In order to have the entire purchase amount returned to you, you must therefore do only what you would be allowed to do in a physical store. You are allowed to try out the product, but not put it into actual use.

Reimbursement of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, the amount you have paid us will of course be reimbursed to you. In case of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this is deducted from the purchase amount. 

If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery, other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to cancel our agreement. 

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied evidence of having returned the item. We therefore recommend that you save your postal receipt as proof that you have sent the goods.

What should I send back with the item?

You must include your order confirmation or a copy thereof. The processing is faster if you also fill out our cancellation form, which is enclosed with your shipment.

Please note that we do not receive parcels sent to parcel boxes, post offices, other forms of parcel shops or by COD.


The rules of non-conformity in the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop at www.sparkz-copenhagen.com, you of course have the 24 month warranty period. This means that, as a rule, you can have the item repaired or replaced, refunded or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear or other injurious behaviour.

Make sure to properly handle products with sewn-on accessories, such as sequins, beads, studs and buttons, as well as shimmer, silk and knitted products which must be treated carefully and according to instructions on the care label - we recommend hand wash. 

JNG Holding 2012 ApS reserves the right to reject complaints for goods not handled properly and according to instructions.

How soon should I complain?

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you ship the item(s) to us
When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible and include your order number and product number.

Please note that we do not receive parcels sent to parcel boxes, post offices, other forms of parcel shops or by COD.

Remember, the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Incorrect items

It may happen that we ship an incorrect item. If that is the case, we deeply regret it. In such cases, please contact our customer service, who will make sure to order and ship the correct item to you with all delivery costs covered.


Terms of competitions on Facebook and Instagram

Our competitions are created and managed by JNG Holding 2012 ApS. The competitions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. It is not a prerequisite to share and invite friends to participate in competitions.

The information provided is for exclusive use for the competition in which you have participated and will not be disclosed to any third party. As a participant in competitions on Facebook and Instagram, you will only receive messages regarding the competition.

It is the responsibility of the winner him-/herself to check SPARKZ COPENHAGEN’s Facebook and Instagram profiles to see if they have won a competition. Should the winner who has been contacted by SPARKZ COPENHAGEN not have responded or failed to act for 14 days, a new winner will be found. The winner shall pay relevant competition fees to the tax authorities. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to meet our obligations under the terms and conditions if the delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Completeness of contract

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full terms of the agreement between us.

Personal data

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read the "Privacy Policy" which informs how we use the personal information you provide to us in connection with the ordering process and your use of the website in general.


You are always welcome to contact our customer service at support@sparkz.dk or via telephone +45 33 95 02 37, should you have complaints regarding a product that you have purchased from us. You can also file a complaint about a product which you bought from us with:

Choice of law and jurisdiction

Any agreement made between us subject to these terms and conditions is subject to Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with our agreement will be settled in the courts in Denmark.
